Raven ‘Rae’ Oak -

Massage Therapy (RMT), Lymphatic

Drainage Therapist, Breast Massage, Pelvic Floor Health,

TMJ, Breath Coaching.

Welcome to Rae’s journey and her continuing practice as a Massage Therapist. She looks forward to helping you facilitate your own journey! She is seated in the listening to the language of the body as this helps to determine the right tools for working with an individual and making sure their tissues~mind~heart are responsive. She centers her practice in the belief that all beings know their body best - their healing journey matters, sometimes only a little encouragement and understanding is needed for the body~mind to heal itself.

After graduating from the Sutherland-Chan Massage Therapy Program in 2015, (Toronto, ON) Rae’s heart brought her back to the West, now calling Banff home. She first stepped into the healing arts in 2010 with Reflexology at Mount Royal University (Calgary, AB) and integrates this method into her practice. Its use for postural alignment, lymphatic activation and holistic well being stands out. Alongside this system her interests are but not limited to scar mobilization (including post-mastectomy), post-surgical recovery, core rotation issues from habituation, breathing the body into alignment and current or chronic neck and back pain.

In the past ten years she has broadened her education to include; TMD (Temporomandibular dysfunction) or ‘Jaw Tension’, Pelvic Floor Connections and Disharmony, along with extensive Lymphatic Therapy and Brain Therapy training with the Chikly Institute. This education has been an asset to helping those with tension headaches, anxiety, caesarean section restrictions (new or old), chronic back pain, those suffering from ‘groin pulls’, post joint replacement surgery, digestive and immune issues. In all these areas you’ll often find her using dynamic movement, breath coaching, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage to achieve results that the individual and therapist can be pleased with.

Outside of being an RMT she has been practicing yoga since 2000, recently began practicing Tai Chi, has an affinity for herbs andgardening, a love for aromatherapy and has a grand appreciation for moving slow with breath.

Ashley Arnold -

Massage Therapy (RMT) & CranioSacral

Ashley completed her education at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (2015) and has practiced in BC, Ontario and now looks to call Banff her forever home. With a strong athletic background, Ashley has endured several complex injuries and dysfunction over the years where alternative interventions shaped her love and understanding of the body. The human body truly is magnificent. True healing in her point of view encompasses connecting, nurturing and healing the mind, body and the soul to bring balance and homeostasis to our physiological systems in order to limit pain and dysfunction.

Although Ashley came from a more scientific background, she has always been an open spirit to all possibilities of healing capacity. She focuses her practice in intuitive touch and the power of trauma informed healing. Whether it is physical truama, mental trauma, or spiritual trauma in your current life or those rooted in generational and past life; they all play a role in the manifestation of the physical experience of pain and dysfunction. Through her own life challenges she understands the power of incorporating spiritual healing, gratitude practice, grief and trauma healing, energies and intention alongside manual therapies.

Ashley has a has continued her education in MFR (Myofascial Release), Approximation Techniques, MET (Muscle Energy Techniques), Neuro-muscular Techniques, Postural Dysfunction, Facet Dysfunction, Pelvic Balancing, CST (Cranial Sacral Therapy), among other modalities and has been mentored in crystal healing, energy healing and somatic trauma healing. She further looks to complete her training in Biofield Tuning Therapies and Visceral Manipulation.

When you come for treatment with Ashley, you can expect a warm and empathetic soul who offers a safe space to come just as you are, in whatever phase of your journey that may be. She looks to work alongside you to create functional goals and bring awareness and connection back to the mind, body and soul to move through the pain and dysfunction to a place of more optimal wellness. In her downtime, you will find Ashley in the outdoors soaking in all that the Bow Valley has to offer, often with her husband and toddler. Exposing her little one to the beauty of our local ecosystems has been the greatest joy for her and her family. If she isn't outdoors, she is usually reading books on ancient remedies, practices and mythology, herbology, numerology, and astrology.

Jasmine Verrall -

Massage Therapy (RMT), Fire Cupping, Energy Healing & Reiki

With deep roots in the Bow Valley where she was born and raised, Jasmine has been practicing massage therapy since 2019. She is passionate about fostering wellness within her community and is grateful to support her clients toward healing.

Her journey into the world of therapeutic healing began with a foundation in Kinesiology, which helped to hone her understanding of the human body’s functions and capabilities. Jasmine applied her knowledge and passion for wellness in her work as a personal trainer and as a tour guide for an active travel company before pursuing a career in massage therapy.

Jasmine believes that the body possesses an innate ability to heal itself but occasionally requires gentle guidance and support. This philosophy influences her approach to massage therapy, where she emphasizes the importance of nurturing not only the physical body, but also the mind and spirit. Her practice has evolved to include elements of energy healing such as Reiki, and fire cupping; interests sparked by both her professional and personal exploration into the realms of holistic well-being.

In a treatment, Jasmine adopts a whole person approach, working with the nervous system and listening to the body’s subtle cues. This sensitivity allows her to tailor her massages to each individual’s needs, creating a therapeutic experience that is both intuitive and grounded in a range of modalities.

Ben Stokes, Medium/Psychic -

Offering Virtual/Online Sessions only

Ben lives in a small village in Suffolk, UK with his family. He has memories of being able to communicate with spirit as far back as he can remember. Ben didn’t understand at the time what he was seeing, being told they were “nightmares” or it was “an active imagination” and therefore began to block out what he saw/felt. He has always felt things differently to those around him, felt what people are feeling, and at times, real suffering to himself as a result of tapping in to others energy. Coupled with his heightened psychic ability it has often made life a little tricky to navigate.

After a dark and troubled time in his teens and twenties Ben decided, to accept this side of himself and make changes to his life. He met his wife and began his journey of healing. Ben gained his level 1 & 2 Reiki, and then discovered Kinesiology and it changed EVERYTHING for him. It has given him the confidence to embrace his psychic abilities, to tune in with people using this, to feel what others feels, to connect with spirit and to provide a connection to lost loved ones.

Ben can help guide you on to the right path and will allow you to see a little more clearly and understand where you have come from, and where you are going. An incredible gift that he wishes to share with you all.
