Where:

The villa is located on the island of Crete in a small and peaceful seaside village called Kavros, located 45 km east of Chania and 18 km west of Rethymnon. In the waterfront of the village there is a wonderful, long sandy beach that stretches until Rethymnon city. The sandy beach is very well organised with umbrellas, sun loungers, showers, and beach bars. The visitors can enjoy the clean sea, the hot sun, the blue sky, as well as try a few water sports (windsurfing). Kavros village is very well organised and all the necessary touristic facilities are offered to the visitors. There are shops, mini markets, pharmacies, tavernas, restaurants and bars in the centre of the village. A very good public transport connects Chania with the village of Kavros. The bus drops you on the main road, just a couple of minutes away from the centre of the village.

Logistics:

You will need to book your own flight to Greece, you can either fly to Athens and book a separate flight to Crete, or take the ferry to the island - your flight is not included in the retreat price. We highly recommend arriving the day before and spending a day to land close by, to ensure you arrive on time for the retreat.

We can provide you with local car hire options for your island stay, which you can pick up at the Chania airport - this is the best airport to fly into on the island.

Our retreats hold up to 12 people max, so you will enjoy the beauty of a small, intimate group size.

Overview/What to Expect on Retreat - Included in Retreat Price

• 2 x gentle yoga/meditation/somatic movement classes each day - 1 in the morning (before breakfast) and one in the evening (before dinner). Yoga Style will vary between Gentle Flow/Restorative/Meditation/Yin/Somatic Movement.

• Breakfast and dinner served daily by our local onsite chef (lunch is not included)

• Day Trip to Kourtaliotiko gorge & Rethymnon historic town, ending with dinner there.

• Breath & Meditation Workshop

• One treatment included - Massage / Reiki / Cranio Sacral

• Reiki Level 1 Training ($495 CDN add on)

• Extra treatment ($150 CDN add on)

What to bring:

• Comfortable, lose clothing or whatever you usually wear for yoga/meditation/breathwork practices

• Water bottle for keeping you hydrated

• A yoga mat to sit on and anything else you might want for your practices

• Sunscreen

• Insect repellant if you are prone to attracting mosquito bites!

• A notepad and pen for journaling

• A book to read - something you can immerse yourself in

Accommodation and Rates:

$750 non refundable deposit to secure your spot. PAYMENT PLAN options available. Full payment must be paid 1 month before the retreat starts - April 22.

• Single occupancy 1 person - $3,933 CDN (private bathroom)

• 2 person room sharing - $2,833 CDN per person (private bathroom)

• 3 person, private 2 bedroom villa- $3,733 CDN per person (2 x private bathrooms)

• 4 person, private 2 bedroom villa - $2,833 CDN per person (2 x private bathrooms)

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellations made 3 months prior to the retreat start date will be issued a full refund excluding deposit. 2 months prior will be issued a 25% refund excluding deposit. After this, all payments are non-refundable, unless you/we can fill your spot. Should the retreat need to be cancelled by us, your entire payment will be refunded. We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance and travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances in case you need to cancel last minute.
