Reiki Level 1 not only empowers you in your own journey, but allows you to share healing with others. It is a beautiful gateway into learning to truly love yourself by valuing your worth and healing. Level 1 is a practitioner's initiation into Reiki and is open to anyone.

The focus is on opening the energy channels on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force energy, which flows from the cosmos through the crown of the head, down into the heart and hands. We learn how to tap into and feel our own unique energy.

Self healing is the intention of the Level 1 attunement, encouraging students to focus on practicing reiki on themselves, thereby working through their own obstacles. In this course, you will learn the history and principles of Reiki as well as how the chakras have an influence over our energy, and how Reiki can be used to bring in a state of balance to each one of them. We will take time to lean into meditation and mindful movement; a nurturing and self-healing practice.

Time is allotted for guided practice sessions to gain comfort in working with this healing energy. At the end of this course you will be able to administer hands on Reiki treatments to others and yourself and have a basic understanding of the energy body.

This is a 2 day training held at our beautiful wellness clinic on Bear Street in Banff.

Are you ready to take your Reiki practice to the next level? Reiki Level 2 is more versatile with the gift of learning and using 3 symbols and their mantras that increase your flow of Reiki energy. These symbols provide physical, mental and emotional healing and empowers the ability to send healing across both time and space. The Reiki Level 2 Attunement is a process that attunes you to a higher frequency of Reiki energy.

In different combinations, the symbols can be used for a wide variety of purposes, both personal and global, from healing yourself, other people, animals and plants, to empowering goals, healing and clearing situations and your environment, healing the planet, past lives and possibly even more.

Not only will this training help you to further develop your intuitive skills, you will also discover the difference between the voice of your ego and your soul.

Reiki 2 increases your understanding on how energy and consciousness work at a collective or non-local level. Be ready to expand your awareness! Time allotted for guided practice sessions to gain comfort with the increased energy.

Hayley has been teaching Reiki for 8 years and practicing for over 20 years. The Reiki Master Level is traditionally considered the teacher's level and masters are able to attune new reiki practitioners.

Becoming a reiki master also represents a deep commitment to the reiki practice, and it is important to take a significant amount of time between achieving the Second Degree status and Master Level.

Becoming a Reiki Master is not the end of the journey - it is only the beginning of your own personal and spiritual development. A Reiki Master is not suddenly a better or wiser or more enlightened person than anyone else, it simply means that as a Reiki Master/Teacher you are now able to pass on the gift of the universal life force to others.

Becoming a Reiki Master is a journey and being a kind, considerate and spiritually developed individual who is seeking to not only enhance their own life, but also the lives of others, is very important.

The third degree is a natural progression for those who want to teach Reiki. The more Reiki teachers we have; the more people will be introduced and drawn to Reiki. This is in our opinion - vital. The world as a community needs to learn to live together and come to realize that we are all connected and should live in peace and harmony.

This is a full day training held at our beautiful wellness clinic in Banff.
